I’m a 26 year-old girl living in London amid a myriad of changes (not talking about Brexit…well, maybe a little). After devoting eight years to the field of psychology, I have come to terms with the fact that I should be doing something else. Simply put, my place is in the kitchen: baking, creating sweet things for others to enjoy. So, I’ve quit my full-time job, prepared a plan, and applied to a patisserie course.
